3. SMS and Telephone Communications

Service-company partners may opt in to receive operational text messages during account onboarding by providing a mobile number and affirmatively selecting the phone/text consent checkbox. Messages may include matching service-request alerts, purchase or refund updates, account-status notices, and other platform notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at [email protected]. Consent to receive text messages is not consent to receive third-party marketing. Opting out of text messages does not prevent us from sending necessary non-SMS communications, such as account or security emails.

4. Mobile Information and Consent Data

We do not sell or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be disclosed only to service providers that help us deliver and support our messaging program, such as telecommunications and messaging providers, and only as necessary for them to perform services on our behalf. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
